EOS is a not for profit membership organisation which promotes employee stakes.
This can range from a small co‑operative start up with a democratic structure to an employee share scheme in a Footsie 100 company.
Our membership ranges from individuals who support the concept to companies who practice employee participation.
Their is a growing body of research which indicates that employee participation in it's broadest sense enhances corporate performance. The government's new share schemes are an attempt to enhance the corporate performance of "UK Plc".
We think employee ownership has something to offer all participants in the economy.
