The Secretaries' Forum
Co‑operatives UK has been running this annual event for the last nine years. The event is open to the secretaries and corporate administrators of co‑operatives and mutual enterprises.
The Forum provides a great opportunity to meet and network with key individuals from other co‑operatives and the co‑operative and mutual sectors and to keep abreast of legal and governance developments.
The 2010 Secretaries’ Forum was held on 27 April at Cobbetts LLPs Offices in Birmingham and includes presentations on directors’ duties, board diversity, including under 16s in membership of co‑operatives and the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme. To download the presentations please click here.
